This rifle has been converted with the installation of a new 7.62 x 51 barrel and the official "Sterling Conversion kit" comprising of a new magazine, an ejector installed on the left hand side of the receiver and a modified charger loading bridge to accept the 7.62 clips. In unissued condition and very rare especially in this condition a great rifle for the collector or shooting.
