The 7.62 x51 CG63E rifle is NOT a conversion of the 6.5 x 55 version but was made specifically for the UK market. This example was built on a 1904 dated action, the bolt and action have matching numbers but the Swedes were not that particular about maintaining matching numbers on the “small” parts. They were not supplied with with rear target sights these were chosen and fitted by the end user, this rifle has a PH 5C twin zero sight with 1/4 minute adjustments, unusually it also has a “W Gehmann” fully adjustable iris c/w coloured filters. An accessory rail has been fitted under the fore end. The barrel is mirror bright with good rifling and a good overall condition.
