A rare surviving example of the 1896 carbine, it would originally have been fitted with a saddle ring but this has been removed at some point. It is in beautiful condition with matching numbers to the bolt, action & barrel. I very good overall condition including the barrel which is clean & bright, an exceptional addition to any “Enfield” collection.
