This is a very rare 1915 dated example of a Finnish Nagant rifle made by the Westinghouse Company of New England in the US. It has matching numbers to the bolt & action with a very good barrel that exhibits clean strong rifling. The overall condition is also very good with the knocks and dings that you would expect from a rifle of this age, the metal work retains most of its original finish with some rubbing in the obvious places. This is the only example that I have come across in over 15 years of trading so I believe that in this instance the term are is justified. An excellent addition to any “Nagant” collection or for shooting in historic rifle competitions.
