The Swedish CG63 was originally built in 6.5 x 55 as a target rifle for the Swedish armed forces but it became so popular in this country that they built the 7.62 x 51 specifically for the UK market hence the “E” designation. They were built using the m/96 rifle action, this one is dated 1904, this rifle was built in 1970 and is fitted with the standard tunnel foresight and a Parker Hale 5C twin Zero rear sight. It has been fitted with a hand stop rail under the fore end and has full matching numbers to the bolt group and action.
